Some people with digestive issues also tolerate juice better than large amounts of raw vegetables. And realistically, most people are not walking around eating enough produce in the first place.

My Experience

So if helping make the juice gets them excited to drink vegetables they’d normally ignore, I’ll take that win every time.
If a juicer helps you consistently consume more produce, replace ultra-processed drinks, or get your kids interested in fruits and vegetables, then a juicer is well worth it. If you’re expecting it to magically transform your health while the rest of your nutrition stays the same, probably not.
