My Experience

When I did baby-led weaning (BLW) with my first child I was pretty convinced that I'd be able to get every nutrient his growing body would need as he dove into sardines, soft carrots, and ground beef.  Then he got older, the palate shrunk, and we had our second child and our spare time dwindled as well.  My naivete was in full show and I knew I had to bring in reinforcements.  I dug deep into all of the best kids vitamins on the market and ended up going with Hiya.  I figured I'd rotate through a few to see which were the best but as soon as my kids had their first tastes of the vitamins there was no going back.

My son got really into making his personal vitamin container with the stickers they sent and now he wakes up each morning excited to open it up and choose a color.  Recently his toddler-aged sister has been able to have her first bits so he'll then jump into big brother mode and give her one as well.  She likes them enough that a few times she shed a smirk before trying to shovel two in her mouth before we caught her.

What I really like is that there is a wide spectrum of nutrients, a blend of organic fruit and vegetables, the kids like them, and they're not made of gummy materials which could inevitably lead to cavities.  They monthly supply is also convenient and now my son gets so excited to pour the new packet into his glass container each month.

The Final Verdict

Overall, Hiya vitamins are a game-changer for busy parents seeking high-quality nutrition for their kids. The focus on natural ingredients, freshness, and convenience, along with the non-sugary flavor that my kids devour, makes them a clear winner. While the cost might be slightly higher than some options, the peace of mind you get from knowing your children are receiving essential nutrients with a variety of organic fruits and vegetables outweighs the price tag.

If you're looking for a vitamin your child will actually enjoy taking and that you can feel good about, Hiya is a no-brainer.
